When I began my real estate career over 18 years ago, I had no idea what I was getting into! I was told that it could be the hardest full time job I ever had or the easiest part time job.

People didn't just come to me because I magically had my real estate license. I had to figure out quickly how to have people contact me, not the other way around. I was not a door knocker, For Sale By Owner caller, probate chaser. I just wanted to be the neighborhood expert and sell real estate!

I quickly became the number one agent for almost 15 years in my city in Colorado. How? I completely believe my marketing made all of the difference. I moved to Arizona and decided to put my toes in the water again. Within six months, I had replaced my Colorado income by farming and using my marketing pieces.
